Moustalevria is a traditional Greek dessert made from grape must, creating a sweet and aromatic pudding that captures the essence of the Mediterranean. This vegan version is both simple and delightful, perfect for a light and satisfying treat.

Ingredients
- Grape must - 250 ml
- Cornstarch - 30 g
- Almond milk - 200 ml
- Brown sugar - 50 g
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped walnuts - 30 g
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the grape must and almond milk over medium heat, stirring gently until mixed.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a few tablespoons of the grape must mixture until smooth, then add it back to the saucepan.
- Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and pour the mixture into serving dishes or molds.
- Allow the Moustalevria to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.
