Steps
- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden and fragrant.
- Remove the toasted sesame seeds from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted sesame seeds, chopped almonds, orange zest, and cinnamon powder.
- In a small saucepan, combine agave syrup and water, heating gently until well mixed.
- Pour the agave mixture over the nut and seed mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish, pressing it down firmly to form an even layer.
