Steps
- Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl; set aside.
