- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tzatziki sauce - 4 tablespoons
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, mint, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 2 equal patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the pita by warming them in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
