  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tzatziki sauce - 4 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, mint, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 2 equal patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
