- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Iceberg lettuce leaves - 4, for wrapping
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and crumbled feta cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
