- canned chickpeas - 1 cup, drained and rinsed
- mastic resin - 1 teaspoon, ground
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the diced onion, cooking until translucent, about 5 minutes.
