Steps
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the Arborio rice. Stir and reduce heat, simmering for about 15 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Add the coconut milk, milk, sugar, crushed masticha resin, and vanilla extract to the saucepan with the rice. Stir well to combine.
