  • Milk - 100 milliliters
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Masticha resin - 1 teaspoon, crushed
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder - for garnish
  • Chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the Arborio rice. Stir and reduce heat, simmering for about 15 minutes until the rice is tender.
  2. Add the coconut milk, milk, sugar, crushed masticha resin, and vanilla extract to the saucepan with the rice. Stir well to combine.
