  • Almond milk - 200 ml

  • Mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower) - 30 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried fruits (apricots and figs) - 50 grams
  • Fresh fruit (banana and berries) - 150 grams
  • Masticha powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, masticha powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the almond milk to the oat mixture and stir well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.
  3. In two serving bowls, layer the Greek yogurt evenly at the bottom.
