- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Crushed red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the drained artichoke hearts to the bowl and gently toss until they are well coated with the marinade.
