Ingredients

  • Mackerel fillets - 2 (approximately 150g each)
  • Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the mackerel fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
