  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Loukoum (Turkish delight) - 50 grams, diced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, ideally about 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil to create a crispy base.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced Kalamata olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
  7. Evenly distribute the diced loukoum over the top, allowing for sweet bites in each slice.
  8. Season the pizza with oregano and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, and garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
