Ingredients

  • Loukaniko sausage - 200 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Cut the Loukaniko sausage into 2.5 cm pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sausage pieces, red bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Thread the sausage and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between sausage and vegetables.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
