- Loukaniko sausage - 200 grams

- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cut the Loukaniko sausage into 2.5 cm pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the sausage pieces, red bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Thread the sausage and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between sausage and vegetables.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
