Ingredients
- Ground turkey - 500 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 2 teaspoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Casing (natural or synthetic) - as needed
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, dill, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar to the mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.
- If using natural casings, rinse them under cold water and soak in warm water for about 30 minutes.
- Stuff the sausage mixture into the casings, being careful not to overfill, and twist into links about 15 cm long.
- Tie off the ends of the sausage links with kitchen twine.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
