Ingredients

  • Ground turkey - 500 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 2 teaspoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Casing (natural or synthetic) - as needed

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, dill, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar to the mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. If using natural casings, rinse them under cold water and soak in warm water for about 30 minutes.
  4. Stuff the sausage mixture into the casings, being careful not to overfill, and twist into links about 15 cm long.
  5. Tie off the ends of the sausage links with kitchen twine.
  6. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  7. Grill the sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  8. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
