Ingredients

  • Lobster (whole) - 500 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Butter - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the shell turns bright red. Remove the lobster and let it cool.
  2. Once cool, carefully split the lobster in half lengthwise and remove the meat from the shell, keeping the shell intact for serving.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the lobster meat to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve the lobster halves in their shells, drizzled with the garlic oil and garnished with additional parsley if desired.
