- Lobster (whole) - 500 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Butter - 30 grams
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the shell turns bright red. Remove the lobster and let it cool.
- Once cool, carefully split the lobster in half lengthwise and remove the meat from the shell, keeping the shell intact for serving.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the lobster meat to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve the lobster halves in their shells, drizzled with the garlic oil and garnished with additional parsley if desired.
