  • Lemon - 1, juiced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and place them on a baking dish, shell side down.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, black pepper, and sea salt.
  4. Brush the garlic and olive oil mixture generously over the lobster meat.
