  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cooked green lentils - 100 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a pizza stone or baking tray.
  3. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced red onion; sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
