  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
