  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers (if wooden, soaked in water) - 4 pieces

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, cilantro, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
