  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dill - 1 teaspoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Cut the lamb shoulder into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the seasoned lamb to the skillet and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. While the lamb is cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
