- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber - 1/2, grated
- Plain coconut yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dried dill - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the grated cucumber, coconut yogurt, lemon juice, and dried dill. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
