Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 300 grams

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber - 1/2, grated
  • Plain coconut yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried dill - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
