- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, grated mozzarella cheese, egg, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground lamb until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the cooked lamb, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in chopped mint leaves.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the lamb mixture evenly over the top.
- Scatter sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese over the lamb.
