  • Cherry Tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cabbage - 150 grams, finely shredded
  • Red Onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, diced
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Fresh Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the pizza dough with olive oil, then sprinkle half of the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the surface.
  5. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
