Ingredients

  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  2. Add the pitted and halved Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
