Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 200 grams
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh tomatoes - 150 grams, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh oregano - 2 teaspoons, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together, then gradually add the water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the dough, spreading it evenly.
  6. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and red onion on top of the dough, then sprinkle with oregano, feta cheese, and black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
