- All-purpose flour - 200 grams
- Water - 150 ml
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh tomatoes - 150 grams, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh oregano - 2 teaspoons, chopped
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together, then gradually add the water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth, then cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the dough, spreading it evenly.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes and red onion on top of the dough, then sprinkle with oregano, feta cheese, and black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
