- Canned chickpeas - 240 grams, drained and rinsed
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook for about 15 minutes until they are soft and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
