Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, chopped almonds, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your palm.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before rolling them in powdered sugar.
