Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, chopped almonds, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with your palm.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before rolling them in powdered sugar.
