- all-purpose flour - 200 grams
- water - 120 ml
- dry yeast - 5 grams
- honey - 10 grams
- salt - 5 grams
- sesame seeds - 30 grams
- sunflower seeds - 15 grams
- pumpkin seeds - 15 grams
- olive oil - 10 ml
Steps
- In a small bowl, dissolve the dry yeast and honey in warm water and let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a ring by rolling it out and joining the ends.
- In a shallow dish, combine the sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. Brush each ring with a bit of water, then dip into the seed mixture to coat.
- Place the rings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
