  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mint, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Breadcrumbs - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Cucumber, grated - 1/2 small
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced (for tzatziki) - 1 clove
  • Salt (for tzatziki) - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
