- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled (for serving)
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest to make a marinade.
- Add the lamb chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
