- Potatoes - 500 grams, peeled and cut into wedges
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, fresh oregano, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a baking dish and spread them out in an even layer.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and tender.
- If using, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
