- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, marinate the diced lamb with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the marinated lamb evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top the lamb with halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through and the edges of the dough are golden brown.
