- Cream cheese - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Greek yogurt (full-fat) - 100 grams
- Cucumber (finely diced) - 50 grams
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
- Olive oil - for drizzling
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a flat, round shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
