- Mozzarella cheese - 75g, shredded

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cream cheese, 1 egg, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and flatten each portion into a round shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto one half of each round, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the cheese filling to create a pocket and press the edges to seal.
- Beat the remaining egg and brush it over the top of each pastry to give it a golden color.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
