  • mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
  • eggs - 2 large
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the cheese mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Drizzle in the olive oil and mix until the dough forms a cohesive ball.
  6. Spread half of the dough mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish to form the bottom crust.
  7. Spread the remaining dough over the top, sealing the edges where the layers meet.
