- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (wooden or metal)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning (if using).
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
