  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (wooden or metal)

Steps

  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning (if using).
  5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
  7. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
