- Cream cheese - 30g
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 tsp

- Chicken breast - 200g
- Greek yogurt - 100g
- Cucumber (grated) - 50g
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Dried oregano - 1 tsp

- Bell pepper (sliced) - 50g
- Red onion (sliced) - 50g
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 30g
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt to form a dough.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it into a round pizza shape about 1/2 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, marinate the chicken breast with olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and chili flakes. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from heat and slice.
- In a small bowl, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread a layer of tzatziki over the top.
- Top the pizza with sliced chicken, bell pepper, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to heat the toppings.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
