- Erythritol - 30 grams
- Butter - 50 grams, melted
- Egg - 1 large
- Dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher) - 50 grams, chopped
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and egg to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Press the dough firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie dish to form the crust.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
