- Erythritol sweetener - 30 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, egg, erythritol, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- In another bowl, blend together cream cheese, feta cheese, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
