  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Butter - 50 grams, melted
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Erythritol sweetener - 30 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, egg, erythritol, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. In another bowl, blend together cream cheese, feta cheese, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface.
