Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, chopped
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 4

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. While the patties are cooking, crumble the feta cheese and form it into two small discs.
  5. In another pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat and fry the feta discs for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
