- Ground beef - 300 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, chopped
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Lettuce leaves - 4
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the patties are cooking, crumble the feta cheese and form it into two small discs.
