Ingredients

Steps

  1. Slice the Kefalotyri cheese into 1 cm thick pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the cheese slices to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  4. Cook the cheese for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the cheese from the skillet and place it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
