- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh

- Dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.
