Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Loukaniko sausage (sliced) - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1/2 medium
  • Red onion (sliced) - 1/4 medium
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 30 grams
  • Black olives (sliced) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a 10-inch circle.
  4. Remove the top parchment paper and transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced loukaniko sausage, bell pepper, and red onion. Sauté until the sausage is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the sautéed mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced black olives over the pizza.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
