  • Ground pork - 300 grams

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, fennel seeds, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and fresh parsley.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small sausages, about 5-7 cm in length.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Cook the sausages in the skillet for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the sausages from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
