- Sliced almonds - 20 grams (for topping)
- Powdered erythritol - for dusting
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and erythritol, then cream them together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls (about the size of a tablespoon) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
