  • Almond extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg yolk - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sliced almonds - 20 grams (for topping)
  • Powdered erythritol - for dusting

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and erythritol, then cream them together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
