- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Psyllium husk powder - 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

- Oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, salt, oregano, and garlic powder.
- In a separate bowl, melt the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds until soft.
- Add the melted cream cheese and eggs to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a ring, ensuring the center hole is open.
- Place the rings on the prepared baking tray and brush the tops lightly with water.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the top of each ring.
