- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the lamb chunks, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the lamb is evenly coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated lamb to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
