  • Lamb shoulder - 250 grams, cut into small chunks
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lamb chunks, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the lamb is evenly coated with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated lamb to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
