Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 250 grams
  • Ground pork - 250 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar-free tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Sliced black olives - 30 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, almond flour, egg, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides. Remove from heat.
  5. On a baking sheet, spread the sugar-free tomato sauce evenly to create a base.
  6. Place the cooked meatballs on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the meatballs.
  8. Add crumbled feta cheese, sliced black olives, and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
