- Ground pork - 250 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar-free tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Sliced black olives - 30 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, almond flour, egg, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides. Remove from heat.
- On a baking sheet, spread the sugar-free tomato sauce evenly to create a base.
- Place the cooked meatballs on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the meatballs.
- Add crumbled feta cheese, sliced black olives, and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
