Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 250 grams
  • Almond flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried mint - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons for frying
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, dried mint, salt, black pepper, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Mix the ingredients well with your hands until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the meatballs to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  7. Serve the Keto Keftedes warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
