Ingredients

  • Pork belly - 200 grams

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Cut the pork belly into small cubes and season with garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the seasoned pork belly to the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is golden brown and cooked through.
