Ingredients

  • Ground walnuts - 100g
  • Almond flour - 50g
  • Erythritol - 50g
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Unsalted butter - 50g, melted
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Heavy cream - 100ml (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground walnuts, almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
